Kiwi Joseph Parker looked in great shape as he weighed in ahead of his heavyweight bout against Samoan Australian Alex Leapai at Dunkin' Donuts Centre in Providence, Rhode Island on Sunday (NZ time).
Parker tipped the scales at 109.5kg, compared to Leipai who was nearly six kilograms heavier at 115.3kg.
That's 0.25kg heavier than Parker presented for his last bout against Alexander Flores in December.
Earlier in the week, Parker's trainer Kevin Barry said the 27-year-old Aucklander was in the best shape of his life.
"He came back to me for the first time together on fighting weight, which I was bloody shocked by," he told Trackside Radio.
"He now realises he has to do lots more work between fights, which means we weren't trying to take off 15-20 pounds during our eight-week training camp.
"We've had more time to focus on skill work and it has made it more enjoyable for both of us."
Parker's 28th professional fight will be his first under the management of Matchroom's Eddie Hearn, as part of a four-fight deal signed earlier this month.
Leapai, 39, has only fought twice in four years, but battled then-world champion Wladimir Klitschko in a 2014 heavyweight title fight, losing by a fifth-round TKO.
