Tokyo Olympics 2021: Rescheduled Games could be cleanest in history, says CEO US Anti-Doping Agency

The decision to postpone the Tokyo Olympic Games could come with a silver lining. 

Several major doping scandals in recent years have damaged the integrity of the biggest sporting event on the planet. 

But a delay of up to 12 months has left experts hoping next year's rescheduled event could be the cleanest games in history, according to US Anti-Doping Agency chief executive Travis Tygart.
