Hawke's Bay have made just one change to their starting XV with Lincoln McClutchie named to start at first-five, in a straight swap with Caleb Makene.

The only other change to the Magpies' playing 23 sees hooker Kianu Kereru-Symes come back onto the bench in place of Jacob Devery.

Northland have made one change from their semi-final victory over Otago. 

It is enforced change with Sam Nock ruled out with hamstring injury and has been replaced by Will Grant. Corey Taylor will come onto the bench.

Coach Alama Ieremia has made several changes to the match day squad that were victorious over Waikato in the Premiership Semi-Final.

Halfback Taufa Funaki comes into the squad after making his debut for Auckland in the week three clash against Manawatu.

James Lay and Niko Jones come into the starting lineup and Jack Whetton will make his return the starting team after suffering a shoulder injury in the previous meeting with Tasman back in Round 6.

The Tasman Mako have made just once change to their starting XV with Isi Tuungafasi replacing Ryan Coxon in the starting side.
