NRL: Injury forces reshuffle for NZ Warriors against Wests Tigers

NZ Warriors have been served another few doses of bad injury news leading into their clash with Wests Tigers in Gosford on Friday.

Wing Rocco Berry (head), and second rowers Josh Curran (elbow) and Bayley Sironen (knee) have all been ruled out of action this weekend, after injuries sustained during the 34-18 loss to Parramatta Eels.

On the plus side, wing Marcelo Montoya returns from an injury break to replace Berry, while Jack Murchie comes into the second row and Kane Evans into prop.

Curran - who's been a standout this season for the club - left the field nursing his arm, which was later diagnosed as a hyper-extended right elbow that will see him out of action for 2-4 weeks.

Berry is undergoing concussion protocols, while Sironen's recovery time frame for a meniscus issue is still to be determined.

Meanwhile, there's still no room in the starting line-up for rookie sensation Reece Walsh, who'll come off the bench for the third consecutive game on Friday.

The Tigers sit 13th on the NRL ladder and will be looking to back up their dominant 36-18 win over Newcastle Knights on Friday.
