The 2020 Paralympics are in full flow in Tokyo and it's been a great start for our Kiwi stars.

Success has come in the pool with a silver and gold medal in the first four days of action.

It was a silver for New Zealand's greatest-ever para-athlete with Sophie Pascoe claiming second spot in the SB8 100m breaststroke final on Thursday, which was followed by a stunning performance from 20-year-old Tupou Neiufi.

The Kiwi swimmer won gold in the SB8 100m backstroke final on Friday night.

Plenty of other Kiwis have been in action including the Wheel Blacks and the track cycling team.

Here is a look at some of the best pics from the first few days of action.
