Outstanding fullback Jordie Barrett is the only backline All Black to crack the Rugby Championship XV.
Despite their 5-1 record, finishing seven points clear with a points differential of plus 114, just five All Blacks have been named in the composite side selected by World Rugby. Australia has six.
Mercurial Quade Cooper heads an Aussie contingent that includes combative halfback Tate McDermott and breakout winger Andrew Kellaway, who scored a hat-trick against the Pumas on Saturday night.
World champions South Africa had four players selected, including hulking prop forward Steven Kitshoff, while Argentina didn't feature.
Stand-in All Blacks captain Ardie Savea was among four All Blacks selected in the pack, alongside Akira Ioane, Brodie Retallick and Codie Taylor, while somehow South African lineout kingpin Eben Etzebeth missed out, as did their captain Siya Kolisi.
Other notable omissions include All Blacks backs David Havili and Beauden Barrett, Springboks hooker Malcolm Marx, halfback Faf de Klerk and powerful No.8 Duane Vermeulen.
Fullback Jordie Barrett - arguably the player of the tournament - was the only choice for the No.15 jersey, kicking the All Blacks to victory over South Africa at Townsville, and would have played every minute, but for his red card against Australia in Perth.
The full Rugby Championship XV is:
1-Steven Kitshoff (SA), 2-Codie Taylor (NZ), 3-Taniela Tupou (Aus), 4-Brodie Retallick (NZ), 5-Lood de Jager (AUS), 6-Akira Ioane (NZ), 7-Michael Hooper (AUS), 8-Ardie Savea (NZ), 9-Tate McDermott (AUS), 10-Quade Cooper (AUS), 11-Makazole Mapimpi (SA), 12-Samu Kerevi (AUS), 13-Lukhanyo Am (SA), 14-Andrew Kellaway (AUS), 15-Jordie Barrett (NZ)
