NRL: Wayde Egan remains out with concussion, Marata Niukore returns for NZ Warriors against Melbourne Storm

Hooker Wayde Egan remains unavailable, but back-rower Marata Niukore is a welcome return for NZ Warriors' Anzac Day clash with Melbourne Storm.

Egan, 26, missed last weekend's victory over North Queensland Cowboys, after failing a concussion test against Newcastle Knights the previous week.

Since the concussion was Egan's second of the season, after an earlier headknock against Sydney Roosters, he will be given another week to return to full fitness, with Freddy Lussick keeping hold of the No.9 jersey for the round eight clash.

Meanwhile, Niukore returns from suspension, after missing the last two weeks for a hip-drop tackle in the victory over Cronulla Sharks earlier this month.

Niukore's return is the only change to the first 17 players named to face the Storm, with Josh Curran moving from the starting side to the interchange bench.

Dylan Walker remains at five-eighth for the injured Te Maire Martin, after impressing against the Cowboys, scoring his first try for the Warriors since his arrival.

Marcelo Montoya is retained at centre, after he was named on the wing a week ago, but moved infield to make way for former NZ Kiwis captain Dallin Watene-Zelezniak.

Tuesday's clash gives the Warriors a chance at redemption, after a 70-10 humiliation against Melbourne 12 months ago.

NZ Warriors: 1-Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, 2-Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, 3-Marcelo Montoya, 4-Adam Pompey, 5-Ed Kosi, 6-Dylan Walker, 7-Shaun Johnson, 8-Addin Fonua-Blake, 9-Freddy Lussick, 10-Jazz Tevaga, 11-Jackson Ford, 12-Marata Niukore, 13-Tohu Harris
