NRL: NZ Warriors lose winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, front-rower Marata Niukore for South Sydney clash

NZ Warriors coach Andrew Webster has had to reshuffle his line-up against South Sydney Rabbitohs, with winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak and second-rower Marata Niukore withdrawing injured.

Watene-Zelezniak was visibly sore during the win over Newcastle Knights at Go Media Stadium last weekend and trained sparingly through the week, but was due to front up against Souths on Saturday. He is nursing a niggly hamstring.

Niukore replaced concussed Kurt Capewell in the starting line-up, after coming off the bench against the Knights. He missed the start of the season with a foot injury and has been scratched with what is described as a "new" foot injury.

Adam Pompey, who played in the centres last week, will move out to the wing to replace Watene-Zelezniak.

Front-rower Mitch Barnett will move back to the second row, with Bunty Afoa starting at prop and utility Chanel Harris-Tavita promoted to the interchange bench.

The Warriors squad to face South Sydney is:

1-Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, 5-Marcelo Montoya, 3-Rocco Berry, 4-Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, 18-Adam Pompey, 6-Te Maire Martin, 7-Shaun Johnson, 8-Addin Fonua-Blake, 9-Wayde Egan, 16-Bunty Afoa, 10-Mitch Barnett, 11-Jackson Ford, 13-Tohu Harris

Interchange: 14-Freddy Lussick, 15-Tom Alex, 17-Tom Ale, 21-Chanel Harris-Tavita
