A two-month-old baby has died on a flight from Malaysia to Perth.
The AirAsia D7236 flight was en-route from Kuala Lumpur when staff on board reported the baby was having a medical episode.

The plane was met by police and paramedics when it landed in Perth, but they were unable to save the infant.
"The safety and wellbeing of our guests is always our number one priority, and in accordance with procedure, the flight crew requested medical assistance on landing at Perth International Airport," an AirAsia spokesman told 7NEWS.com.au.
"We are unable to comment further on the infant's medical situation, however our thoughts are with the infant and family involved."
