Video: Massive airplane on truck gets stuck under bridge

Being stuck behind a bus isn't uncommon, but being stuck behind an Airbus airliner is.

That was the situation commuters in the Daoli District of the city of Harbin, China found themselves in when a truck carrying a massive Airbus A320 slammed into a bridge it was driving under.

It's believed the aircraft was being transported to nearby Harbin Taiping Airport when the incident happened.

Xinhua News Agency reported the truck driver deflated the vehicle's tyres in order to free the plane and pass under the bridge. They then reinflated his tyres and continued on to their destination.

The incident went unreported until footage was posted on Chinese social media Weibo.

Local news reports say neither the bridge nor the aircraft sustained any serious damage.
