The sight of massive cruise ships passing in and out of New Zealand ports is one that can often attract thousands of excited people to the waterfront throughout the summer.

On some days, there will even be more than one enormous ship gliding into Auckland and towering over the smaller boats surrounding it.

If you enjoy sitting in the sun and watching the comings and goings of the cruise ship world from the comfort of dry land, then this guide is for you. If it isn't something you've ever done, then maybe some of these images will inspire you to do so.
