Air New Zealand has released a limited amount of $49 airfares on routes around Aotearoa, including regional services.
Airfares on flights between Auckland and Gisborne, Kerikeri, Napier, New Plymouth, Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga and Blenheim start from $49. Flights between Auckland and Blenheim, Christchurch, Nelson, Palmerston North and Wellington start from $59, while flights between Auckland and Dunedin or Queenstown start from $89.
Flying out of the capital city, airfares to Blenheim, Christchurch, Napier, Nelson, New Plymouth and Palmerston North start at $49. Flights to Auckland, Dunedin, Gisborne, Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga, Timaru and Queenstown start at $59, and flights to Invercargill at $79.
While there are no set dates for the sale, the airline does advise that there is more availability after January 11, but that still gives plenty of time to grab a good deal before school starts for 2021.
