Jetstar NZ has launched a new sale with domestic airfares starting at $30 each way for travel dates ranging between October, 2023 and March, 2024, but not including the Christmas holiday period.
The 'Backyard Sale' starts at midday Thursday and runs through to 11:59pm Monday, October 16 unless sold out prior. Subscribers to the paid Club Jetstar scheme get early access to the sale airfares and discounts on bag and seat selection.
All of the routes in the Australian-owned budget airline's sale are also flown by Air New Zealand.
Jetstar's Backyard Sale fares include:
- Christchurch to Wellington from $30
- Auckland to Christchurch from $35
- Auckland to Wellington from $35
- Wellington to Queenstown from $40
- Auckland to Dunedin from $50
- Auckland to Queenstown from $55.
As with all sales, potential customers should carefully check the terms and conditions before purchasing. The advertised prices are the cheapest available and do not include checked baggage.
Travel dates vary per route but include late October to early December, 2023 and early February to mid-March, 2024.
