Ancient techniques help Nobel Prize winner

Today, a Canadian and a Japanese man shared the Nobel Prize for Physics for their work with subatomic particles.

Prior to that, a Chinese woman had won the award for medicine for her life-saving malaria therapy.

Dr Tu Youyou found clues to the wonder drug by reading texts dating back 1600 years.
