Residents of a town in northwest England say they're heartbroken flooding has returned for the second time in less than a week.
Glenridding awoke to find its main street had again turned into a raging torrent and shops and houses were once more under water.
Local residents say they were devastated.
"We need to get the shovels out and the mops out," says one. "I just broke into tears, I was just like, 'This is not happening again.' It's crazy."
Authorities say the flood waters have begun to recede again, but remain extremely dangerous.
