A neighbour and friend of one of the San Bernardino shooters has been charged in connection with the mass shooting.
Enrique Marquez is charged with plotting with Syed Farook to attack a university three years ago.
He's also accused of illegally buying the rifles used by Farook and Tashfeen Malik.
Authorities also say Marquez and Farook plotted a mass shooting on a freeway.
