A diver has had a narrow escape after being attacked by a swordfish in the deep sea near Brazil.
The giant 1.5-metre long predator impaled his equipment, nearly killing the diver, and then thrashed around violently.
The diver retreated back to the boat, with the swordfish still firmly attached to his back.
