Brisbane mother Sally Faulkner has been charged with kidnapping and could face a jail sentence in Lebanon over the 60 Minutes saga.
Faulkner was able to return home in April, and was charged in absentia.
Child recovery agent Adam Whittington was also charged, and he remains behind bars in Beirut.
The TV crew that filmed the botched operation to snatch Faulkner's kids has escaped with a fine.
It's unclear whether the mother will have to return to Lebanon for the trial.
