Surveillance cameras and mobile phones have captured the dramatic rescue of a small child washed away by flood waters in Shehong County, in southwest China's Sichuan Province.
The video was filmed yesterday after a torrential downpour. An electric bicycle carrying a mother and her child fell in the flood water and the child sitting behind was washed away by the flood.
The footage showed a man dashing towards the child and then pulling him out of the fast moving water.
