A 12-year-old boy accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a six-year-old at a North Sydney school has had his bail conditions adjusted so he can go on a family holiday.

In court on Thursday the boy's lawyer, James Viney, entered not guilty pleas on his behalf to three counts of aggravated indecent assault in company, two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 and one count of indecent assault

He also requested bail conditions be relaxed so the boy could travel to Queensland, and miss his November court date. This was agreed to.

The boy was accused of attacking the young girl during school hours at the end of June, along with a second boy.

He also allegedly attacked her on his own six weeks later, on August 16.

The second boy is due to appear in court next month, where he faces charges of two counts of aggravated sexual assault and sexual intercourse with a child under 10.

Both boys have been granted bail.
