A British judge has banned the publication of photos stolen from Pippa Middleton's iCloud account.

The Duchess of Cambridge's sister took court action after thousands of images were allegedly taken.

They included pictures of Kate Middleton and her two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Newspaper The Sun claimed it had been approached by someone using a pseudonym, who asked for £50,000 ($89,000) within 48 hours.

A 35-year-old man, website designer Nathan Wyatt, has been arrested and released on bail pending charges.
