Russia and US 'gearing up for another space race'

Russia's plans to build a base on the moon are well underway, with the deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin confirming they're developing a 'super heavy' rocket to carry supplies.

The country's hoping to land a dozen cosmonauts on the lunar surface in 2031.
