A Turkish restaurant owner who became an internet sensation for his butcher skills is using his new found fame to open restaurants in London and New York.
Nurset Gokce was nicknamed 'Salt Bae' after he became a social media phenomenon for a video of him showing off his meat-cutting and salt-sprinkling skills.
His unique meat preparing techniques captured the attention of millions around the world. He even inspired 'Salt Bae' graffiti street art in Melbourne.
The salt-sprinkler told Turkish newspaper Hurriyet Daily News he will be opening his meat-led restaurant Nusr-et in London as well as New York in the coming months.
He's also vowing to become the "world's greatest butcher".
