The dramatic moment a pickup truck ploughed into a bus in the US has been caught on camera.
The pickup truck had driven off the road at high speed in Syracuse, smashing into the bus, which was stopped at traffic lights, at around 2pm on Thursday (local time).
Police say the 82-year-old driver had accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake while coming off the highway.
Eight people were hospitalised after the crash, but none with serious injuries, after several passengers were thrown around the bus.
The truck driver also escaped injury and was ticketed for failing to reduce speed on a curve and failure to keep right on a highway.
