Footage has captured a car in central Melbourne doing donuts before running into pedestrians.
The driver, who appears to be a man in his 30s, was in an "older model" maroon Holden.
He appears to be leaning out the driver's window and yelling while doing donuts near the Flinders Street railway station in front of shocked crowds.

At one point, a pedestrian appears to run up and hit the car with an object.
"He did about 20 donuts on the Swanston Street and Flinders Street intersection," an eyewitness told The Age.
"He was swearing at people and giving everybody the finger."
When police arrived, the man sped away down Swanston Street.
Eyewitnesses reported hearing a number of gunshots as police chased the vehicle.
Three people are now confirmed dead as a result of being run over, with 15 injured.
