Los Angeles cop won't face charges over shooting

An off-duty Los Angeles police officer won't be arrested after video emerged of him pulling out and firing a gun while fighting with a group of teenagers.

The officer can be seen in the video holding one of the teens before firing at least one bullet, an action that has seen him have his weapon seized.

A police spokesperson said the officer has since been placed on "administrative leave."

No one was hurt in the incident and one teen was arrested in the incident.
