It’s been revealed the pilot of a plane that crashed in Melbourne was under investigation.
Channel 7’s Nathan Templeton says details emerging suggest he was under investigation for a previous near collision.
The crash claimed the lives of 63 year old Australian pilot, Max Quartermain, and four American tourists when it plunged into a shopping outlet shortly after take-off.
