Two Australian surfers had a very close encounter with a large shark without even knowing it.
David Finlay was testing out his drone off the coast of New South Wales spotted the threatening figure right under the pair of surfboards.
In the video, he can be heard yelling to other bystanders once he spots the dark grey figure in frame.
"Holy - there's a shark out there! There's a shark right under the surfers!"
Completely oblivious, the surfers were even putting their hands in the water to paddle.
Mr Finlay raced to the beach to warn them, including trying to flag down a lifeguard, but none were around as it was out of hours, according to Australian media.
Luckily by the time he reached them, the shark had already made its way back out to sea.
