A grandfather and small child have had a close brush with death after teenagers threw a concrete brick off the top of a tall building, narrowly missing the pair.
The incident, which took place in Voronezh, Russia, was caught on security camera, local news site My! Online reported.
Residents of the building told the site the teenagers entered the building about 20 minutes earlier, and were clearly intoxicated.
"The guys were drunk and the girls stood on shaky legs," one said.
It's apparently not the first time hooligans have thrown things off the building, but this is the closest they've ever come to killing someone. Previous incidents have included rubbish bags and bottles.
"We are afraid to walk at the entrances. At any time, you can die," one said.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
