Video shows police swarming on car after Ariana Grande concert blasts

Footage has emerged of a number of armed police officers swarming around a vehicle before arresting the man inside, following an explosion at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, UK.

At least 19 people have died in the incident.

The video, which was filmed just outside the Manchester Arena and posted on Twitter, shows rifle-wielding officers gathering around a vehicle and shouting at the person inside to get out.

The Twitter user who posted it says the officers then pulled the man from the car and apprehended him. He later added that the man arrested was "undeniably white", though said he had "no idea if he's the one responsible" for the attack.

Police are yet to confirm that they have arrested a suspect but reports say it may have been a suicide bomber.

British Transport say the blast happened in the foyer of the music venue.
