Video has emerged of the disbelief from firefighters en route to the Grenfell Tower fire in London.
Emergency services raced to the scene as the fire broke out last week and were met with the sight of the tower well ablaze.
"Jesus Christ mate," one firefighter can be heard saying.
"That's not a block with people in it is it?" another can be heard asking.
A poignant moment in the video is when a firefighter says, "there's kids in there".
As the fire truck nears a member of the crew asks "how the f**k is that even possible?"
It took a number of days for fire crews to put out the fire and the death toll now stands at 79.
British officials said on Sunday that new exterior cladding used in a renovation of Grenfell Tower may have been banned under UK building regulations.
