Dashcam video footage of the moment Tiger Woods was pulled over by Florida police has been released, showing the disgraced golf legend swaying on his feet.

Police found Woods passed out in his Mercedes-Benz early on Monday morning (local time). He was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and later said in a statement he had mixed his medications.

Woods' car was stopped half on the road and half in a bike lane.

The footage shows a police officer standing before Woods, instructing him several times to look at the red light he's holding up, and follow it with his eyes only.

"You're not even looking at the light, you're not even moving," the officer says.

Police have also released photos of Woods' busted-up car.

Woods, who is recovering from recent back surgery, said last week he felt better than he had in years and had no plans to retire from competitive golf.

"I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved. What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications," he said in a statement.

The Miami Herald reports he told police he had taken painkiller Vicodin and Celexa, an antidepressant.
