A dog has achieved internet fame after refusing to walk on command.
The Gold Coast pooch sits down on the job and won't budge for its frustrated owner, as a crowd watches on.
The whole entertaining scene was captured on video by Kristen Bohlsen and posted on Facebook. It's since gone viral, clocking up more than 150,000 views and plenty of amused comments.
"Haha this dog does this everytime he goes for a walk here," Krystal Scott posted.
Rachel Murphy has also seen this double act before.
"I've seen the same man and dog do this before ahahaha."
Eventually the reluctant dog relents and gets to its feet, to much applause from the surrounding sun worshippers.
