Industrial manslaughter laws proposed following Dreamworld deaths

Australian authorities are calling for corporate manslaughter charges to be introduced after a crash at Dreamworld theme park killed four people last year. 

A 'best practice review' has just been completed and it has recommended tighter legislation, increased inspections and possible licensing of people operating rides. 

But is this enough to appease the families of those tragically killed?
