Notorious mass murderer Charles Manson is back in hospital and doesn't have long to live, according to reports.
The 83-year-old former cult leader is said to be tied to a stretcher and escorted by five uniformed police officers as he's being moved around for various treatments at a hospital in Bakersfield, California.
Manson's health is "steadily deteriorating", reports TMZ.
"It's not going to get any better for him... it's just a matter of time," an unnamed source told the outlet.
Manson directed his mostly young, female followers - known as the Manson Family - to murder seven people in August 1969.
Sharon Tate, actress and wife of Roman Polanski, was among the victims.
Manson is currently serving nine concurrent life sentences and was hospitalised in January with severe intestinal bleeding.
