Forgetting where you've parked is something the majority of people would admit to having done.
However, misplacing a car for 20 years is something else entirely.
A German man reported his car missing to Frankfurt Police in 1997. It was only this week he was reunited with the vehicle.
According to local newspaper Augsberger Allgemein, the car was not stolen - but had in fact been left in an industrial garage for the past 20 years.
The man - now 76 years old - went to collect the car this week before the building he had left it in was demolished.
But unfortunately for the man, it was no longer in working condition and was sent to be demolished for scrap metal.
