Hundreds of kilograms of cocaine hidden inside fresh pineapples have been seized by police in Portugal and Spain.
Nine members of a gang that had transported the 745kg haul from South America were arrested in the operation, Reuters reported.
The seizure was a part of an ongoing investigation across both countries that started in April 2017.
Along with the seizure and arrests, police also dismantled a laboratory where the drug was cut with additives.
The Iberian Peninsula is major entry point for cocaine and other drugs to Europe, either directly from Latin America or via north and west Africa.
