Footage of a several staff members screaming at each other and, at one point, escalating to physical assault at an unknown McDonald's has gone viral on YouTube.
The clip, posted on January 28 and entitled "McDonald's has a complete internal breakdown", already has more than 1 million views.
In the video, a customer watches from the drivethrough, as a woman, presumed to be the manager, attempts to calm down several arguing members of staff.
But these attempts prove futile, as the fight escalates to screaming and eventually physical assault on the part of one staff member.
At two points in the video, the manager asks the customer to stop filming.
At first he ignores her, but when she comes to the window the second time, the screen goes black and rustling can be heard, which the customer claims is the manager throwing food at him.
US network Fox News reached out to McDonald's for comment on the video, but is yet to receive a response.
