Super model Giselle Bundchen posted an emotional picture of her hugging husband Tom Brady and their son following the New England Patriots Super Bowl defeat on Monday.
Brady’s team lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 41-33 in a pulsating contest.
The heartfelt message from Bundchen said: “Congratulations Eagles for winning the Super bowl, what a game that was! Congratulations Patriots for giving your best and to my love, we are incredibly proud of you because we are able to see ever day all the commitment, sacrifice and hard work that you have devoted to become the best in what you do. We love you!”
Brady is an American Football legend but he was upstaged by his opposite number for the Eagles Nick Foles.
The 29-year-old, who played his first game of the season on November after MVP candidate Carson Wentz was injured, threw for 373 yards, with three touchdown passes and just one interception in a masterful performance in Minnesota.
Foles became the first player in NFL history to throw for and catch a touchdown in the Super Bowl.
