A British couple had hired a barn owl to deliver their wedding rings to the alter - tied to its leg.
But the best man couldn't untie them.
So his "co-best man", who is terrified of birds, put an arm out to help - and the owl promptly tried to perch on it.
All hell broke loose as he fell off his chair trying to escape from the bird.
From that point it was absolute mayhem, much to the delight of invited guests.
