A social media trend has re-emerged, depicting people snorting entire condoms, pulling them through their nasal cavity, and releasing them through their mouths.
Despite having been round more than a decade, the so-called 'Condom Challenge' is making a comeback.
Dozens of YouTube videos are depicting the practice, which health experts are calling dangerous.
Bruce Lee, associate professor at John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, wrote in Forbes that condoms could not only get stuck in the nose but could potentially damage a sensitive inner lining.
"Would it really be worth all that just to get more like and views?" Mr Lee asked.
He also said the condoms could cause allergic reactions and result in infections.
