The US President’s ex-personal physician has revealed a 2015 bill of health was written by Donald Trump himself.

Dr Harold Bornstein told CNN, "He dictated the whole letter. I didn't write that letter…

"I just made it up as I went along."

The 2015 letter released by Trump's campaign read, "His physical strength and stamina are extraordinary."

It went on, "If elected, Mr Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency."

The initial letter brushed over the President’s health statistics – only siting his blood pressure 110/64 which the Doctor described as "astonishingly excellent."

The letter detailed that the President had lost 15 pounds over the previous year and said his cardiovascular health was "excellent."

In 2016, when questioned about the letter, Dr Bornstein said the letter was written in a rush due to waiting patients.

"I was just rushed for time…I had people to see"

Dr Bornstein is now changing his tune.

Bornstein claims the President’s ex-bodyguard Keith Schiller robber his office when retrieving the Trump’s medical records.

He said, the President read out the language he wanted used while Bornstein and his wife were driving across Central Park.

"(Trump) dictated the letter and I would tell him what he couldn't put in there," he said.

"They came to pick up their letter at 4 o’clock".

The Doctor compared the letter to the movie Fargo "It takes the truth and moves it in a different direction."

"That's black humour, that letter. That's my sense of humour" he said of the letter.
