The 22-year-old man shot inside a Nashville mall has died.
Demarco Churchwell was critically injured after a dispute with gunman Justin Golson, 22.
The victim was rushed to Skyline hospital where he later died.
The shooting took place inside Opry Mills Mall in Nashville.
Police have said the shooting took place after a physical altercation between the two.
Golson immediately surrendered to police after leaving the mall building.
Police are questioning the gunman who is in custody.
It was initially reported that four people were shot and a second gunman was involved.
