Police have descended on a Las Vegas mall in a suspected shooting situation.
Images on social media show dozens of police cars parked outside the mall as well as ambulances and fire engines.
The Las Vegas police say an active shooter may be loose in the mall and according to reports from local news, police are checking all the stores inside individually.
"Officers are investigating a person with a gun call at the Boulevard Mall. No shots confirmed. No injuries reported," a spokesperson said on Twitter.
"Please avoid the area."
