A British property tycoon has smashed his £270,000 (NZ$524,000) Rolls-Royce into a tobacco shop with two bikini-clad women seen twerking in the back seat.
The crash took place in the village of Portals Nous on the Spanish island of Majorca, famous for its lively nightlife and stunning beaches.
Jody Sanders, 39, has been issued a £440 (NZ$854) fine after handing himself in to police. He said his jandal got stuck in the accelerator moments before the crash, a local shop owner told the Mirror.
Security footage shows Sanders' car ploughing into the shop. The video then shows members of the public approaching Sanders after the crash, as the bikini-clad girls - earlier seen twerking in the back seat of the car - stand by.
Police said Sanders handed himself in at a station in the island capital Palma with a lawyer the following day, after it was thought he was on the run, the Sun reported.
Damage to the shop Sanders crashed into is estimated to be £13,000 (NZ$25,239), shop owner Maria Mamen told the Mirror.
The car was impounded by local authorities.
