A Danish clothing company has come up with the perfect solution for anyone too lazy to wash their underpants.

Organic Basics has invented underwear that doesn't have to be washed for weeks on end - and it's made from recycled waste.

The clothing includes underwear, socks and T-shirts that are made of recycled materials.

Silvertech fabric made from recycled electronic, industrial and photographic waste kills 99.9 percent of bacteria and fungi build up as well as controlling odor, the company claims.

Organic Basics has launched a Kickstarter campaign in the hope of launching the product.

"Our Polygiene treated underwear naturally rids itself of odor-causing bacteria and fungi - making them stay fresh for weeks," the company says.

"That means you can wear them more and wash them less."

How often you wash the products is up to the customer's own discretion.

The product would differ from person to person, some people going up to a month without washing the products, Organic Basics says.

However some people may want to wash them after a few days.

The company says the less you wash the products the less water you use, saving the environment.
