Three of Australia's top-ranked pro eaters have smashed through 16kg of food in just 39 minutes.

Cal 'HulkSmashFood' Stubbs, Isaac 'Sir-Eats-A Lot' Martin and Jesse 'Food Coma' Freeman each made their way through the 'Ultimate Cheat Platte' from Bondi burger joint Milky Lane.

The menu consisted of a 30cm diameter milk bun, 1.5kg wagyu beef patty, 1kg of American cheese, 1.5kg deep fried brie wheel, 1kg bacon mac n cheese, 1kg smoked Texan brisket, 1kg smoky bacon disc and crispy Pringle onion rings.

This was served alongside 1kg fried chicken, 1.5kg mac n cheese donut, 1kg loaded fries served with 300ml Milky Lane Sauce, 300ml cheese gravy and 300ml BBQ sauce, all washed down with a six-litre mega shake.

Milky Lane's Christian Avant said this is meal would be a challenge, even for professionals.

"Milky Lane is all about creating bloody big, bloody delicious burgers but, at more than 16kgs, this is the literally the biggest thing we've ever created at Milky Lane. These guys are good, but are they this good?"

Cal 'HulkSmashFood' Stubbs, Australia's top ranked pro eater and number 10 in the world, said this was the most flavoursome challenge he's ever done.

"Out of all of the food challenges to-date, Milky Lane's has to be the most fun."
