Pride Month around the world ended with a bang in New York City, with over 2 million people taking to the streets.
The 49th annual New York City LGBT Pride March was held in Manhattan.
It's not only a celebration of diversity but a march to mark human rights within the LGBT community around the world.
The question is, do we still need to mark it every year?
