A 19-year-old Australian has been awarded the title of "Chicken Queen" after getting a joke KFC tattoo on her schoolies trip.

Brooke Collins has won herself a year's worth of KFC thanks to her KFC logos tattooed on the inside of her feet.

On her schoolies trip to Queensland her and her best friend had discussed getting matching tattoos. She told the Daily Mail it was within half an hour of being there that they walked into a tattoo shop and committed to their love of Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The chicken franchise then just happened to be running a competition that rewarded someone with the best "whacky anecdotes and huge displays of immense love for KFC".

The Sydney teen posted her tattoo on Facebook and was chosen to win the year's supply of chicken.

The "Chicken Cheque" is worth AU$5200, equating to $100 worth of chicken a week.
