Reducing the world's stockpile of nuclear weapons is one of the key items on the agenda when US President Donald Trump meets Russian president Vladimir Putin in Helsinki early next week.
Between them, Russia and the US control 90 percent of the world's nukes.
The talks come as both nations are racing to develop an entirely new kind of weapon.
